I found out about the Nutrisystem Diet Program a while back in a magazine. I think I was at the airport and was flipping through and something caught my eye. We ship you meals! Wow, what a cool concept! Being a busy person, I just don't have time to cook. And if I cook, it's always something probably unhealthy (but fast!). So this Nutrisystem diet caught my eye because they ship all the meals I need to me! No more counting calories, or trying to figure out what I'm eating is healthy or not. I can just heat it up and not worry about it at all.
When I signed up for Nutrisystem, I missed the coupon offer for two weeks of free food. Bummer! I found one recently at this diet review site before you sign up cause it's a pretty sweet deal.
Nutrisystem has all different types of diet programs but I just stuck with the program for Women. I went to their website and figured out what I needed pretty easily. Then I just surfed around some more and saw one package that provided food for 28 days! No more worrying about what or where that next meal is coming from (sorta like living at home) but healthier! So I checked the list (too long to list) but you get breakfast, lunch, dinner and my favorite, dessert. Now that's a diet plan.
I recently found that you can find discounted Nutrisystem food products on EbaY. This is also a good way to test out some of their food and then if you like it, buy direct from Nutrisystem.
At the time of this writing, I'm on Day 12 and everything is going fine. Food is great (not as good as the usual greasy food I used to eat) and I don't want to reveal how much weight I've lost at this time so I don't jinx myself.
Anyways, that's just my personal experience as of now. I found some other sites that have more detailed information (including a site that offers a TWO FREE WEEKS OF FOOD coupon) that you might want to read cause what worked for me might not work for you. Happy dieting!

I'm a 32 year old female with a passion for food. By day I'm a computer tech for a company and by night I'm just your average person. I just love food. Ofcourse that means sometimes I have to diet. I've tried about 3-4 different diets with varying results.
I created this site to keep my own information cause I lose anything I write on a piece of paper. Plus since I sit in front of a computer all day, this will give me something to do.
